Early the next day, Kahara woke quickly and walked to the Heron Archives to talk with Teacher Ot. She told him of her concerns regarding the gremlins she faced the previous day, and the potential of this "Kurshkin" becoming a threat to the school. He assuaged her fears, teaching her of gremlins and their propensity for storytelling, but promised to take her concerns seriously, promising to look into it personally.

The Cohort awoke to the rain on their windows once more, ready to take on a Tempest-Sun Mage challenge on their first Toilday at the Magaambya. Kudra was the first to rise, bright and early, and she met with our friend and quest-giver Esi over morning tea to discuss their next assignment.

Our Cohort awoke upon their first Moonday in the Magaambya, safe within the thick stone walls of the Spire Dormitory, with the pattering rain against their windows and ceiling, and all met in the common area, decorated with colored tessellated tiles, comfy couches, and tapestries.

Deep within the city of Nantambu, in the rain of the greatest school for the magically-inclined, ancient and impressive in its scope and structure, known everywhere as The Magaambya, a band of five brand new students met at a campfire in a pleasant glade. These five students, of wildly different backgrounds, homes, and personalities, were here to attend this magical school, all bound to be a Cohort, a group that would protect, help, and be there for each other.
